The Return To Work digital coaching course will help you in your future career path by helping you to understand yourself better, and supporting you in creating an effective action plan to get you to where you want to be.
Created by Career & Executive coach Julia Bailey, it contains multiple interactive coaching exercises, including a career audit, values and beliefs work, selling yourself on paper and in person, plus direction setting and action planning. It is designed to challenge you (in the best kind of way) and give you the boost you need to not just find another job, but find a role that brings you genuine fulfilment.
ABOUT THE PROVIDER
Julia Bailey is an accredited career and executive coach. Having worked for over a decade as a training specialist and leader within the drinks industry, she now coaches individuals across a variety of industries and roles to help them reignite that missing spark in their career. Through her coaching she empowers professionals, helping them to gain clarity and insight around where their career is headed and supporting them to excel their performance so they can reach the next level in their career. Through her coaching she helps people transform their careers and live a life of purpose and fulfilment.
BEFORE YOU START
Please read criteria and ensure you have all the documents you need before you begin your application as once you start the form you will not be able to exit and come back to it.
- Must be 18 or over
- Must be resident of UK with NI number
- Must have UK bank account
- Must be currently out of work
- Must have worked at least 2 years in the industry. (Please supply evidence of this)
As a guideline for approval, applicants must have either less than £2,000 in their current and savings bank accounts or earning less than £26,000 per annum. The assessment will be made on a case-by-case basis taking into consideration exceptions to the above guideline. If you're in doubt about being eligible, please submit the application and the Develop Team will assess your case.
