We are excited to announce that in April, the Trade Only Tasting (TOT) will be donating 5% of all revenue to the Drinks Trust's Face it Together campaign. TOT is the new annual sampling and sourcing event designed exclusively for the drinks industry. Taking place at the Business Design Centre, Islington, on 14th and 15th October 2025, TOT is built on a fresh approach to trade participation, focusing on cost-effective exhibitor solutions and a strict buyer-only policy to ensure high-value interactions.
TOT is the result of a collaboration between Quartz Tasting Events Ltd and Ross Carter DipWSET, who has over 20 years of experience in drinks and events. Our mission is simple: to create a business-first event that streamlines sourcing and transactions within the UK drinks industry.
A Fresh Approach to Trade Events
- Exhibitor-Ready ‘Tasting Pods’ – Say goodbye to traditional shell schemes. Our sustainable, budget-friendly pods include built-in bottle displays, tasting counters, and spittoon holders.
- Curated Buyer-Only Audience – Every attendee will be vetted to ensure they are industry decision-makers, redefining how professionals connect, sample, and source.
- Cross-Category Representation – From wine and spirits to beer and no & low options, TOT maximizes sourcing efficiency for buyers.
- TOT will donate 5% of all revenue from Tasting Pods booked in the month of April to the Drinks Trust.
- Additionally, attendees to TOT will be asked to pay a £10 attendance fee, with all proceeds donated to Face it Together campaign.
